WHAT WE DO

Analysis and evaluation of global health, humanitarian action and international cooperation projects
We carry out real-time analyses and evaluations to improve humanitarian action and international cooperation. We help organisations rethink their strategies and prepare to respond effectively to future crises and needs. Our work includes monitoring and evaluating programmes, promoting strategic alliances and redesigning systems and structures in order to optimise organisational performance and facilitate operational decision-making.

Corporate development and management of non-profit organisations and social enterprises
We work with NGOs and private initiatives committed to the development of the country where they are operating and creating opportunities for vulnerable groups. To do so, our work focuses on improving the strategies and management of social and international cooperation organisations. We do this by carrying out analyses, designing policies, forging public-private alliances, and providing support in key areas such as marketing and fundraising.

Conceptualisation and analysis of health and social policies and programmes
We provide technical assistance with accurate data to help reduce health inequalities and promote quality care that is accessible to all, with a focus on populations facing barriers of access, such as migrants and refugees. Our work ranges from health needs assessments and feasibility studies to the architectural and functional design of health services. We integrate energy efficiency into the design of buildings and health services. We support national health services in preparing for and managing public health emergencies.

Planning and design of hospital structures and health services
We provide technical support for the design, construction or refurbishment of hospital structures and healthcare services. We offer comprehensive support at every stage of a project, from design to management of hospital facilities adapted to modern medical technology, always with the aim of providing welcoming, patient-centred spaces adapted to local contexts and conditions, taking into account the specificities of low and middle-income countries.
